Malignant gliomas represent the most frequent radiotherapy induced („secondary“) solid tumor. Their prognosis remains extremely poor despite of aggressive multimodal treatment. We present a case report of a 16 years old boy who developed cerebellar glioblastoma six years following the combined treatment for medulloblastoma. Clinical history, pathological and cytogenetic fi ndings of the case
are discussed along with treatment possibilities.
