A new version of population-based registry for hematooncology is proposed due to insufficient parametric structure of current Czech National Cancer Registry (NCR). Universal NCR database is optimized for major TNM classification systems and does not reflect diagnostically specific markers of hematooncology, namely in the case of leukemia. Proposed version is compatible with current data
management system of NCR. New parametric structure was proposed on the basis of wide consensus of Czech professionals working in the field of hematooncology.
