Summary: In this work, the review of recent findings on molecular pathology of some solid tumours is presented. This article provides the level of knowledge from year 2003 in the form similar to this published in book „Molecular pathology of tumours“ by Z. Kolář and co-workers, EPAVA Publishing, Olomouc 2003 (ISBN 80-86297-15-2). With respect to rapidly developing research in this field a new fundamental discoveries supplementing an incomplete data are expected.
