Summary: The National Czech Screening Program runs according to predetermine rules with continuously supervision. All women at the age from 45 to 69 have a valid claim for preventive mammography. Time interval between screening is two years. Screening centers having a certificate for carrying out preventive mammography fulfill professional, technical and organization conditions. Screening program was pre-tested in the pilot studies. Centers work according to models Integrated Breast Diagnostics Centers. I addition to high professional level the accent is put on high luxury for all users: women and, of course, specialist from medical care – gynaecologists, oncological specialists and the other physicians. By the preliminary audit was in the Czech Screening Program caught 60% carcinomas is stadium T1.
