Summary: The practical steps leading to parameterization of patient’s data are reviewed in this article. Authors demonstrated using example of multiple myeloma data set that this process can be feasible in our condition and outcome will keep high level of quality if several key instructions are observed, especially work with referential guidelines. Practical recommendations and other related aspect of this process are discussed in this paper.
