Summary: The aim of our study was to investigate 33 children and adolescents cured for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia by protocols BMF 83- (20 cases) and BMF 90 (13 cases). We realise spiroergometry and spirometry procedures. The results were evaluated in percent of normal population. We did not find any statistical significant differences between both groups. We did not prove any changes cause by high doses of methotrexate therapy. Most coefficients were normal or 80 % of norm. It is possible to raise the restrictive lung affliction in some children.
