Summary: The authors are using the autologous PBPC transplantations since 1992. For mobilisation has been used primaryly cyclophosphamid alone, later cyclophosphamide and G-CSF of intensive chemotherapy and G-CSF. 104 separations in 28 children werer made using the Cobe Spectra device with 17 transplantations, two children died on peritransplantation complications. By use of the MCS 3p Haemonetics device were done 46 separations in 16 children, the graft was used in five cases, always succesfully.
