Summary: The testicular tumor is one if the most serious ilnesses od the young men. 49 patient with testicular tumors were investigated before the operation and 159 after the therapy. The levels pf AFP, hCG, antiphospholipid antibody (APA) and antispermatic antibody (AS) were measured. Serum levels of AFP and hCG were measured using the ELISA method with the ÚSOL kits, antiphospholipid antibody levels using the ELISA method originally from the Revmatological institute and the antispermatic antibodies using our original ELISA method. In the preoperative group of patients we found positive APA in 16,3 % and AS in 14,3 %, in the posttreatment group were APA positive in 17,6% and AS in 16,9%. We found no correlation between the antibodies (AS, APA) and tumor markers (AFP, hCG) levels.
