Summary: Forty two patients of Ewing's sarcoma were seen in Kuwait Cancer Control Centre (K.C.C.C.) over a period of 15 years. Of these, 14 had pelvic sarcoma. Most of the patients had locally advanced disease on presentation. Treatment was in most of the cases radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Forty three percent of cases who achieved complete remission received radiation with a dose 50—60 Gy. and VACA combination chemotherapy. Six patients presented with disseminated disease in the lung and bone, 8 patients developed metastasis during the course of disease. Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH) was found to be a good tumour marker.
