In their paper the authors survey the occurrence of malignant tumors in relation to the environment. They point out the high occurrence of malignancies in Czechoslovakia in dependence on chemical, physical and other cancerogenic factors. They contemplate the necessity of a new approach to the protection of the environment including legal modifications.
