The vacuous fixing bag is useful for the precise reproduction of a position during irradiation of the troubled and compromised patients if special techniques of irradiation are to be used. The total anesthesia isn´t used for irradiation of the kids patients in the vacuous fixin bag. The influence of the depth dose is negligible. The influence on the increase of the skin dose, which is 25-40% according to the useful energy of irradiation, is expressive. The correctly used vacuous fixing bag improves quality assurence of the radiotherapy.
