Summary:
The authors report 2 cases of cystic tumour of the pancreas, a relatively benign tumour noticed in young women above all.
In this paper there are decribed the clinical manifestations, methods of examination, morphology of this tumours and the facultative treatment modalities. In the surgical aspect, the prognosis is good.
