Summary:
Merkel cell tumor is paraneuronal malignant tumor of skin. Up to now 153 cases of this disease were published in world literature, and all of them were adults. We described probably first occurrence of Market cell tumor in child who was two years in time of begining the therapy. After extirpation of tumor on the back and after chemotherapy and aotinotherapy the girl is nowadays 2,5 years still without any sings of activation of the basic disease.
