The author report to-date indications of radiotherapy by colorectal cancer. This paper deals with results of randomized and nonradomized radiotherapeutic studies with or without surgery. Based on presented results is given a conclusion, that the adjuvant radiotherapy + surgery present to-date standard treatment modality for patients with colorectal cance and exlusion of surgery or radiotherapy dectease significant survival and disease free survival.
