1804 patients with carcinoma were observed in the oncological department in Health Institute of Uranium Industry Příbram in the years 1975-1987. Multiple primary malignancies were diagnosed in 90 patients, coresponding to 5%. Frequent occurence of the lung carcinoma is probably associated with the work´s conditions of patients managed in Health Institute of Uranium Industry. The diagnosis of duplicit synchronic tumors was determined with the dissection nearly in 50% of all determined with the dissection nearly in 50% of all cases. This fact shows, that a number of malignancies is not determined during the life of oncological patients.
