Fine needle biopsy of lymphograpy positive lymph nodes was performed in 111 nodes out of 68 cases, with 9 different malignant diseases. The method of punction is described. In all of the patients with suspected nodes malignant cells were found. The positive founding were especially in the nodes of distal iliac region. The drug, used for contrast causes in lymph nodes granulomatous inflommation with higher intesity in time.
