Summary: The radiotherapy by hypofractional scheme for the old women with breast carcinoma. The group of 37 women treated with the hypofractional scheme was analysed (e.g.700 cGy after 14 days, 5 fractions). The method is suitable for old age, extended findings and specific social status. After analysis of results and the late consequences we can recommend this approach. The conveniences of the method are described, what was analysed from our results. It seems that the Karnofsky Index of quality life is better with comparison with the other methods. There is necessary to carry on with this study by the multivariational analysis.
