Summary: The article shows a health care organisation which allows a shift of the diagnosed carcinomas from the stage III and IV towards the stage I and II. Authors have organised together with healthcare administrators a two-step system of screening and diagnostics of the breast carcinoma, using first contact practitioners and mammologic diagnostic centra. Seven centra in the East Bohemia country are completelly equipped by technique and specially trained personel which both are in the article specified.
