Summary: Ejaculation is invariably disturbed in patients after retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy (RL) due to the damage of sympatic nervous system. Following up 28 patients after RL operated for stage II non-seminomatous testicular tumors we observed spontaneous recorvery of ejaculation in 14 patients (50%) during first year. Remaining 14 patients were treated by sympatomimetics and polyvitaminous drugs. Such treatment resulted in substantial improvement of sexual functions in 4 patients without any complication of therapy. In patients after RL failing to recover their ejaculation function during first year the treatment by sympatomimetics and vitamines still may be succesful.
