Summary: Chemotherapy of disseminated breast cancer with modified Cooper´s schedule CMFVP as a therapy of first choice. The application of Cooper´s schedule in chemotherapy of disseminated breast cancer resulted according to literary resources - in 27-46% of treatment responses (CR+PR). In the present paper applying the modified Cooper´s schedule according to CMEA memorandum - 43% of objective treatment responses have been reached - only in cases of dissemination into the soft tissues and parenchymatous organs. As far as the bone dissemination is concerned no objectively evaluable response to administered treatment has been observed.
