Summary: The report does reply basic questions, presented by the oncosurgery as a branch. It doesn´t specify only the position of the oncosurgery in sphere of the preventive medicine, but concentrate actual targets of the surgery as for tumorous diseases treatment to several keystones, too. This report calls for formation of special centres, ensuring branch specialization, economy of work and research direction as well. There isn´t possible to take the branch out of keeping with other medical modalities. The time to come will rest in mutual combination to secure theys subspecializations. Oncosurgery shall respect not only today´s requirements, but also targets of the oncosurgeons in the far future.
